I got the Polar F6 heart rate monitor! It has really helped me manage my workouts! Yesterday I got on the elliptical (which I have never been able to conquer for more than 25 minutes tops). I stayed on the that sucked for 50 minutes! I wasn't even completely ready to get off, but my workout playlist ran out of songs so I took that as a sign that I had done enough! That is definitely going in the record books for me!

Anyways, I really hope this helps me get in shape. I've been hiding behind sweatshirts for years now, and I'm not even "overweight." But to me, I am.
